Ingredients:
- 8 Reko Pizzelle cookies (Gingerbread or other flavor)
- 8 large marshmallows (1 per snowman)
- Icing (for decorating)
- 3 cups powdered sugar
- 1-2 tbsp water or milk (to adjust consistency)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Mini chocolate chips or black sprinkles or icing (for eyes)
- Mini candy corn, or orange jelly beans or icing (for nose)
- Red licorice laces or fondant (for scarf)
Directions:
- Arrange Pizzelle cookies flat on a surface.
- In a large bowl, beat together the powdered sugar, water and vanilla extract, for smooth icing consistency, thick enough to pipe (add 1 tsp water at a time to adjust if too thick).
- Pipe icing in the form of melting snow over the pizzelle cookies; Then place one marshmallow on top of pizzelle and decorate the snowman’s head, using candy and sprinkles.
- Let the icing set (dry) for about 30 minutes, so that everything stays in place on the cookies.
